Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal instruction

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise it, inform us — JadeMind GmbH, Keutschacherstrasse 116, 9220 Velden am Wörthersee, Austria, hello@flextrust.io — by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the model form below. Sending your communication before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed, using the same means of payment, free of charge. On the free tier, where your data rather than money is the counter-performance, withdrawal ends the contract and we erase your personal data as described in the privacy policy. Early performance: an answer, pre-check or trust receipt delivered on your request during the withdrawal period is a service fully performed with your express consent; the right of withdrawal expires with that consent and your acknowledgment (§ 18 FAGG) — over x402, submitting the payment to the 402 challenge is that request, consent and acknowledgment. Prepaid packs: withdrawal within the period refunds the unused units pro rata; units already consumed are charged at the pack's unit price (net; VAT as stated on the receipt). Unused units expire twelve months after purchase (terms, Part I section 4); after the withdrawal period, units are not refunded.
